To ensure strong leadership in our fight for a fair contract, the Local Executive Board voted to appoint Vice President Danny Montalvo as Local 804 President.

Villalta filed an appeal with the IBT and requested that the JC16 penalty be suspended until the General Executive Board decides the case. Brother Villalta’s attempt to remain President was denied, but he was allowed to keep his membership until the General Executive Board makes its decision.
