Local 804 works closely with the State Department of Labor’s Division of Safety and Health and the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to resolve issues that arise at worksites.
Members are our most important source of information: our eyes and ears. Help to make your job safe by reporting your concerns and those of your co-workers to Local 804’s Safety Director or to your steward.
