Management likes to make it hard for us to take time off to care for our medical needs and family members. Fortunately, most 804 members are under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
If your employer has more than 50 employees and you’ve worked there for at least 12 months and have worked 1,250 hours in those 12 months, you are covered by FMLA.
