Telehealth coverage for COVID-19 related services is mandated by state and federal agencies with zero cost sharing. But, services unrelated to COVID-19 were not part of this mandate.

In the age of COVID-19 and social distancing, Telehealth makes sense and should be available for all your healthcare needs. Now, it will be.

UPS full-timers and retirees in the Local 804 Health Fund, and your covered dependents can now use Telehealth services for non COVID-19 related issues. Regular co-pays will apply.

Part-timers who are covered through TeamCare can use Teladoc.

Stay In-Network with Live Health Online

We encourage you to utilize the in-network Blue Cross Telehealth option: LiveHealthOnline.

Other Telehealth options are available but may be out of network and subject to deductible.
