Steward Tony Norberto flashes grievance checks that were distributed among members at Elmsford for supervisors working violations.

Last spring, UPS management retaliated against Norberto for filing grievances and policing the contract. That move backfired.

Our union hired long-time shop steward Bill Groll to work full-time in Elmsford policing the contract and writing up grievances.

Management paid out the grievances and Norberto is back to work.
