Teamsters Local 804 will conduct in-person voting this week on whether to authorize a strike if UPS refuses to negotiate a fair agreement before the contract expires on July 31.

Voting will take place:

  • At every building for every shift; see your Steward or BA for details
  • At the Union Hall between 10 AM and 1 PM on Sunday, June 11. The Union Hall is located at 44 South Bayles in Port Washington, NY 11050

In a statement, Teamsters General President Sean O’Brien urged all UPS Teamsters to vote Yes, saying: “The time has come to use our strongest leverage and officially remind UPS that hundreds of thousands of Teamsters are ready to withhold our labor to ensure UPS acts accordingly. The National Committee strongly urges all UPS Teamsters to vote YES to authorize a strike. This is how we win.”
