Rafael Ruiz, a Brush Ave. package driver, completed his progression. But his pay did not match his seniority. Management 
ignored the problem. So did his former BA.

But when Ruiz brought the issue to his new Business Agent, he got results.

“My BA interviewed me, filed a grievance, and in two weeks I got my seniority recognized and a check for $2,800 in backpay,” said Ruiz.

“Don’t let UPS short your pay—work with the union and get what you deserve,” Ruiz said.
