The Local 804 Executive Board and the Health & Welfare Trust Fund are pleased to announce expanded retiree benefits.

Families of active or retired 804 members who pass away before age-65 (Medicare eligible) will be entitled to register for or extend the deeply discounted retiree healthcare coverage.  

These families can continue to receive retiree coverage up to the 3rd anniversary of the date the deceased member would have become Medicare eligible. Any questions relating to this tremendous benefit improvement can be directed to the Local 804 Health & Welfare Office at (718) 786-5410.
