When management violated the contract by moving full-time 22.3 jobs from Melville to Nassau, Local 804 took action.

UPS got a very public visit from our union’s favorite feline: the corporate fat cat.

Drivers rallied with Local 804 members and business agents to send the company a message.

We backed up our mobilizing with grievances and a paper trail that proved that UPS had no grounds for its actions.

And we won! All eight full-timers are back to work at Melville.
