Register to participate in the 21st Annual Local 804 Golf Outing on Saturday, September 11 at the Spring Lake Golf Club in Middle Island, Suffolk County. The outing will include a tournament in scramble format, longest drive contest, putting contest, raffles, BBQ lunch, open bar, and more.

Golf & Lunch is $145 per person, or $580 per foursome. Lunch guests are $20 per person. Register by September 1.
