Local 804 members joined picket lines in Maspeth to strike back against union-busting at Amazon.

Last Thursday, Amazon fired drivers in Los Angeles in retaliation for organizing with the Teamsters. In response, Teamsters are standing up to union busting and standing behind Amazon Teamsters. 

As a first punch, Teamsters mounted strike lines at DAX7, the Amazon facility where the drivers were fired.  

Next, strike lines were extended to the DJT6 Delivery Station in Riverside, CA, where 800 warehouse workers directly employed by Amazon unionized with the Teamsters last year. 

On Friday, April 24, Local 804 members, Amazon workers and other Teamsters joined strikers from Southern California on picket lines at DBK4 in Maspeth. 

Last September, Amazon fired 150 drivers at DBK4 who organized with the Teamsters.
