The Local 804 and UPS Trustees to the Local 804-IBT Pension Plan have approved a $470 pension increase.

The 25-at-55 and 30-and-out pension will increase from $4,700 to $5,170/month.

The 25-and-out pension will increase from $4,200 to $4,620/month. 

In the last five and a half years, members have won a total of  $1,170 in pension improvements to the max pension.

We’ve also won a $20 dollar improvement to the accrual rate, which translates to a $200 dollar improvement. That’s $1,370 in increases across the board!

The pension improvement goes into effect on January 1, 2025. To be eligible for the higher rate, you must work at least one compensatory hour in January.
