UPS is selling UPS Freight to TFI International, a Canadian company. 

UPS Freight will be rebranded as TForce Freight after TFI takes over ownership and management some time in the second quarter of the year. 

The International Union says the sale will not impact the contract, wages, benefits, or pending grievances of the 15,000 Teamsters at UPS Freight.

TFI is the largest trucking corporation in Canada, operating truckload, LTL, courier and logistics companies. Some its operations are unionized with Teamsters Canada.

UPS Freight will be by far its largest US operation.
