Check your latest paycheck. UPS Teamsters who have completed progression should now be seeing their August 1 wage increase and cost of living adjustment (COLA).
![]()
Under the UPS National Master Agreement, Teamsters who had completed progression before August 1 will receive a $1.22 per hour raise this year. That includes the $1.00 annual wage increase negotiated in the contract and a 22¢ per hour COLA to help offset inflation.
The COLA was triggered because inflation increased by 4.4% from May 2025 to May 2026. Article 33 of the National Master Agreement provides a cost of living adjustment when inflation exceeds 3%.
Feeder drivers, who are paid both by the hour and by distance traveled, will earn the $1.22 increase for hourly work. Their mileage rates will increase by 2.29¢ plus a .55¢ per mile COLA increase.
If you have completed progression, the increase should appear in the first pay period following August 1. If your raise or COLA is missing, contact your steward or Local Union right away.
